2. Ordering Policy & Customer Information
To ensure a smooth transaction, we require strict accuracy regarding customer contact details.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.
Order Confirmation Calls: We reserve the right to call you immediately upon receiving your order to confirm the details.
Stock Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to contact you to suggest changes or substitutions to your order based on our available stock per unit.
Right to Cancel: If the contact information provided is found to be incorrect, non-existent, or unreachable, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately.
3. Delivery Policy
We take great care in delivering your products safely. Please note the following strict delivery protocols:
Address Verification: Our team reserves the right to call you prior to dispatch to confirm the correct delivery address.
Arrival Notification: Our delivery personnel may call you upon arrival at your location.
Signature Required: Customers are required to sign the invoice or delivery note upon receiving the products to confirm safe receipt.
Failed Delivery: If we are unable to reach you or locate the address due to wrong contact information provided during checkout, the order will be subject to cancellation and return to our warehouse.
4. Store Pickup Policy
If you choose to collect your order from our physical store, the order is subject to the same verification conditions as delivery orders.
Confirmation & Changes: We reserve the right to call you after the order is placed to confirm details and suggest changes based on available stock.
Notification: Please wait for us to contact you (via call or message) to confirm that your order is Ready for Pickup.
Pickup Hours: You may collect your order only during our store working hours:
Saturday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
5. Returns & Exchange Policy
Our policy aligns with our in-store standards to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
Timeframe: Product can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of purchase/delivery.
Conditions:
The original Receipt or Invoice must be presented.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Candles: Used, lit, or opened candles cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a standard processing time.
